Uncanny Updates: The Claudia Gray and Madeleine Roux Recap!

As you probably know, last October 18 (Saturday), NBS Glorietta held the event for Claudia Gray and Madeleine Roux here in Manila. And being a reader of their fabulous works, I made sure to be there!!!

Uncanny Updates: Alex London in PH Event Recap!!

Alex London, bestselling author of Proxy and Guardian, visited our country for a book signing event held in SM Aura, last Saturday, August 30. As the poster above suggests, the event was hosted by National Bookstore. Kudos for a VERY organized event!

HELLO!!!!!! Guess what? Another book signing!

This event would be my SECOND book signing to participate in.

And I was thrilled!!

That's right. Two very talented authors are coming to Manila in the upcoming months!

*hyperventilates*

I haven't read any of their works, or any books in the Chick-lit genre for that matter, but I've been hearing very great stuff from some of my "acquaintances" recently. Besides, who would let such an opportunity go?! Definitely not me.

So who exactly are these authors?

JENNY HAN!

First is the wonderful and cheery Jenny Han. She is the author of The Summer I Turned Pretty trilogy (AKA The Belly Trilogy) , and co-author of the Burn for Burn series (which I'm kinda itching for to read). Also, her latest book, To All The Boys I've Loved Before was released to the public only recently.

She will come to the Philippines on June 21-22 .

Miss Stephanie Perkins is the author of Anna and the French Kiss, Lola and the Boy Next Door and the upcoming Isla and the Happily Ever After. 

She will arrive at the Philippines on July 5-July 6.
